1. About RoyaltyPro

RoyaltyPro is a desktop application for UK composers and songwriters that helps you analyse your PRS for Music royalty statements. The service includes the desktop application (the "App") and the member portal at member.royaltypro.app (the "Portal").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RoyaltyPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

RoyaltyPro offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial period to evaluate the service. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan or continue on the free tier with limited features.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

RoyaltyPro and all associated content, code, and branding are the property of RoyaltyPro. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App. Your data remains yours at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

RoyaltyPro is an analytics tool designed to provide general insights and trends. It is not financial, accounting, or tax software. Always verify important figures against your official PRS statements. We are not liable for decisions made based on data presented by the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoyaltyPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you are not satisfied with RoyaltyPro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@royaltypro.app within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and typically arrive within 5-10 working days.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

All payments are handled by Paddle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then.
